Neighborhood life

Located in the heart of our neighborhoods, the Maisons pour tous form a dense network of public facilities responsible for the city's socio-cultural activities. Close to your living spaces, they give everyone access to times of relaxation and conviviality.

Dedicated to associations and driven by the principles of popular education, they are key places for the development of amateur artistic practice and the manufacture of animation of social life.

Events

The 24 maisons pour tous offer sporting, cultural and festive events throughout the year. With over 2,600 events a year, you have the chance to attend concerts, shows, exhibitions, workshops, courses but also festivals such as Art2Rue, De fil en aiguille, POZ or even la souris verte, la grande marmaille and the festival de l'éveil pour les tout-petits.

Nearly 150,000 people have attended these events each year, whose reach extends from local to international.

Cultivating

Maisons pour tous are places where cultural and community projects are welcomed and supported. They are an important link in the fabric of community life and contribute to the personal development of residents. More than 700 cultural activities are offered by the town's animators and associations.

Each week, they also offer dozens of cultural events (concerts, themed evenings, exhibitions, shows) and numerous sports, leisure or educational activities for all.

They thus contribute to strengthening social ties and bringing culture together by enabling everyone to play an active role by participating in cultural mediation projects within the structures or throughout the territory.

Playing sports

The Maisons pour tous offer a wide range of physical and sporting activities all year round, supervised by staff from the town or associations. Every week, nearly 400 sporting activities are offered for all ages and levels.

These different practices also strengthen social ties, contribute to individual and collective fulfillment, while maintaining health and well-being.

Community life

As part of the projects they lead and according to their availability, the Maisons pour tous can welcome associations and thus enrich the proposals for cultural practices or make meeting rooms available. This reception corresponds to a one-off or annual occupation of the public domain.

Thus, it gives rise:

  • To the payment of a fee, the amount of which is set by a deliberation of the Municipal Council;
  • To the signature of an agreement previously signed by the Mayor and the President of the requesting association, establishing the rights and duties of the 2 parties.

Any request to make a room available, whether on a one-off or annual basis, must be sent by e-mail to the desired Maison pour Tous, specifying the reason, the expected audience, whether the event/activity is free or paying, and enclosing a copy of the association's articles of association, and the composition of the board. Each request will be considered within 2 months.
