Under the terms of the law for growth, activity and equal opportunities of August 6, 2015, communes must define the number and dates of authorization for Sunday openings of retail businesses for the coming year, up to a limit of 12 per year.
Over and above 5 Sundays, the commune must seek the conforming opinion of the Metropole.
Each year, the Mairie organizes prior consultation with the professionals affected by these regulations before establishing the number and list of Sundays for the coming year.
