Planning information

The urban planning information note is a document that specifies, for a parcel, the nature of the urban planning provisions applicable to the land, any pre-emption rights, the nature of public utility easements and the existence of reserved sites.

Important

Planning information issued via the Internet is only valid on the day it is issued. They constitute a simple information document and can in no way be considered as an administrative authorization of any kind, nor as a town planning certificate.

They do not dispense from compliance with special regulations relating in particular to declarations of intent to alienate (any decision relating to the right of pre-emption can only be taken in view of the declaration of intent to alienate), to various authorizations for land occupation (building permits, property divisions and subdivisions, prior declarations etc...).

Finally, the urban planning information reproduced by screen printing has no legal value and cannot engage the responsibility of the City of Montpellier.
