In the field
The perimeter of intervention is defined by the social landlords, members of the GIE and the General Manager of the grouping who will propose a list of sites to be taken into consideration according to the mapping of areas where facts of insecurity have been noted or reported.
The missions will take place in the form of rounds, intervention patrols, taking information and dialogues with residents.
- "Classic" mode: an initiative patrol of the residences.
- "Partner" mode: order from the landlord on a particular site.
- "On patrol" mode: on call from tenants in the targeted neighborhoods, travel to specific sites.
A dedicated telephone line is communicated to tenants to leave the possibility of calling the on-call team if needed on nuisance issues.
