Sharing the public highway
Whether by car, bike, foot, scooter or motorized two-wheeler, the rules of the road must be respected. By sharing space, everyone finds their place and gets around safely.
In the metropolis, the number of pedestrians, bikes, scooters and motorized two-wheelers on the public highway is constantly increasing.
Faced with these changes in usage, we need to collectively adapt our practices and be more vigilant and respectful of others.
It is with this in mind, among other things, that the City of Montpellier lowered the speed limit throughout the agglomeration to 30 km/h in September 2021, and other communes in the metropolis are gradually doing the same.
