Trade union declaration
The filing of the syndicate's articles of association at the town hall of the syndicate's head office is compulsory. Failure to comply with this formality, or even an irregular filing, deprives the syndicate of the ability to take legal action and exercise its rights.
Any change in management or bylaws must be re-filed with the mayor's office where the syndicat is based. This can only be done at the Montpellier town hall.
