Municipal halls can be made available to associations, as well as specific equipment for the punctual organization of their activities.

Pick-up and delivery of equipment

Equipment can be picked up at the Centre Municipal Garosud, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. Delivery is included on working days between 8am and 5pm.

Requests for equipment must reach the Protocol department at minimum 3 months before the event.

The loan of equipment is free for associations within the limits of available stocks. For other applicants (private individuals, commercial companies, etc.), please see the rates below.

The cost of restoring and/or replacing equipment will be claimed in full from the borrower.
