Fighting the digital divide and social isolation

People who have difficulty completing their administrative procedures online and using digital tools independently can benefit from support within the digital space of the Centre d'Expérimentations et d'Innovation Sociale of Montpellier's CCAS.

They will find:

  • Assistance with online administrative procedures
  • Workshops on the use of digital tools
  • A Point Conseil Numérique
  • Help with the purchase, installation and use of computer equipment
  • Free access to computers: Monday 9am-12pm, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9am-12pm and 2pm-4pm, Friday 2pm-4pm

The Unis'Vers Réfugiés program

  • Group workshops for refugees living in Montpellier who wish to:
  • Discover the city and its range of services
  • Understand the administrative system
  • Learn the basics of digital technology and use online platforms
  • Progress in the French language
