This approach to public purchasing (acquisition of supplies, provision of services, execution of works, etc.) has been given concrete form with the adoption of the scheme for the promotion of socially and economically responsible public purchasing (SPASER).
It is structured around 3 themes:
- Protecting the environment, health and the energy transition;
- Inclusion and social equity;
- Economic development.
