Since 2020, the City of Montpellier has been committed to a food policy for school catering. The aim is to offer children healthy, sustainable and socially responsible food. To achieve this, the city is rolling out its "Ma cantine s'engage" policy, which is based on 6 pillars: cooking well, explaining well, eating well, sharing well, buying well and raising awareness.
