Exhibiting in Montpellier

Works in the plastic and visual arts sector come to life in various locations throughout the Montpellier metropolis :

  • Le Pavillon Populaire promotes photography by presenting heritage photographs, documentaries, national and international artists ;
  • L'espace Dominique Bagouet supports the dissemination of artists in the field of graphic arts and projects promoting dialogue between art and science ;
  • L'espace Saint-Ravy enables emerging local artists to exhibit their work for the first time, providing them with a framework and professional support ;
  • The Carré Sainte-Anne, which will reopen its doors in 2025 after several years of work, hosts works by renowned contemporary artists.

Good to know: artistic programming at the Pavillon Populaire and Carré Sainte-Anne is entrusted to independent artistic directors, while the Espace Saint-Ravy and Espace Dominique Bagouet operate on the basis of calls for projects and/or the selection of projects by a committee of experts.
