PEDT missions
The PEDT aims to improve children's lives in and out of school (in-school, extracurricular and out-of-school time).It brings together parents, teachers, associations, and partners such as the French Ministry of Education and the CAF.
The PEDT, drawn up for the period 2022-2027, is structured around 10 objectives:
- Strengthen the quality of interventions during extracurricular and after-school care times.
- Ensure greater educational coherence between all professionals.
- Enable all children, even those with special needs or disabilities, to go to school.
- Make school welcoming for children.
- Fight against school bullying.
- Take better account of what children have to say.
- Accompany parents in their educational roles and foster links between children and parents.
- Develop children's autonomy and change parents' views.
- Promote outdoor learning and leisure.
- Enable children to reclaim public space.
