As part of its Zero Waste policy, Montpellier Méditerranée Métropole is renewing its Call for Projects (AAP) in 2025 for the fifth consecutive year to support projects and initiatives that prevent and reduce waste and support the circular economy.
The aim is to support local momentum around this theme, capture innovative ideas in this area and work towards a "Zero Waste" metropolis.
Apply for the Zero Waste call for projects
An envelope of €80,000 is allocated to selected projects (minimum €2,000 and maximum €15,000 per project).
This Call for Projects aims to support the emergence of new actions to meet the new challenges and ambitions of the metropolitan waste reduction policy.
All associations (neighborhood, retail, student, environmental, sports, parent-teacher, etc.) are eligible for this Call for Projects, with a limit of one project per structure. Structures must be in legal existence on the date of submission.
They must also be in a position to support the project financially and economically.
The aim of the 2025 edition is to generate projects lasting a maximum of 15 months that promote:
- Reuse
- Repair
- Reduction of single-use packaging
Projects must take place on the metropolitan territory and the subsidy must correspond to a maximum of 80% of the budget.
For a metropolitan territory committed to the Circular Economy in 2025, we're expecting a lot of associative applications!
You can apply by filling in the application between April 14 and May 31, 2025 at 12 noon last.
The first projects are expected to start in September 2025.
Practical information
Complete applications must be sent by electronic means on the grant application platform before May 31, 2025 at noon.
Steps to follow on the platform:
- Registering on the platform;
- Creating a user profile;
- Completing the "AAP Zéro Déchet Economie Circulaire"
All requested documents must be attached to the application in PDF format.
The application must be signed by a legal representative of the structure.
