Montpellier Blues Festival
In early July, the Place Royale du Peyrou will host a three-day celebration of blues, a music that comes in many styles (Rhythm'n'Blues, Mississippi blues, New Orleans blues, bayou blues...). Blues is at the origin of jazz, rock, funk and hip-hop.
Artists who have taken to the stage at the Montpellier Blues Festival include Popa Chubby (blues-rock), The Harlem Gospels Travelers (gospel), Muddy Gurdy (hill country blues)...

- From Saint-Roch station: 10-minute walk up boulevards de la République, du Jeu de Paume and Ledru-Rollin.
Free admission for under-15s accompanied by an adult.
