At the heart of the residences, with an average admission age of 85, the challenge is to adapt to the challenge of high dependency while maintaining warm, friendly living spaces open to the outside world and the neighborhood.
As part of a paramedical team, you will provide the care, nursing and support necessary for the elderly.

• Assume non-sterile care and may, under the responsibility of the nurse, take part in the distribution of medication (for people with CAFAS or DEAS qualifications).
• Assume hygiene and comfort care with the elderly person: personal hygiene (toilets, diapers, showers, baths), prevention of bedsores, settling the elderly person for meals and at night, monitoring elimination, monitoring drinking.
• Collaborate in helping people who have lost their autonomy temporarily or permanently: help with dressing, helping with meals, changing position, helping with walking and moving, taking part in occupational activities.
• Collaborate in the hygiene of the elderly person's environment: change linens, monitor cleanliness, repair beds, prepare and clean care materials.
• Transmit information concerning residents: record observations made in the performance of duties in the care file.
• Collaborate in the development of the care project.
