Through its 24 maisons pour tous, the city of Montpellier deploys a policy of community outreach and local development that reflects the dynamism of its territory.

The maisons pour tous are hybrid facilities, open to residents as their name suggests, enabling them to take part in regular activities in the fields of culture, art, sport, etc. They are also places that offer one-off events such as exhibitions, shows, training courses, etc. This diverse, varied and rich program is the fruit of the preparation and coordination work of our local coordinators.

Finally, the maisons pour tous are also open to local associations, enabling them to develop innovative projects in collaboration with local residents.

We are recruiting three family coordinators to join the teams at Maisons pour Tous Albert Dubout, François Villon and Albertine Sarrazin.

Vos principales missions

  • Design, lead and evaluate collective activity projects for families.
  • Develop and coordinate partnerships as well as collective initiatives aimed at families.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of the Maison pour Tous social project.
  • Sensitize the public to safety rules, citizenship and community life.
  • Participate in the administrative tasks of the Maison pour Tous.

ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES:

  • Evening and weekend availability required depending on events.

You will work full-time, but you will be able to choose your weekly working hours and the number of associated RTT (6 to 28 days)

Pré-requis

- Holder of a DEJEPS or equivalent diploma in the social work and entertainment sector. - You are familiar with project development and management. - You have a strong taste for working in the field and interacting with local residents. - You are able to federate and stimulate community dynamics, while demonstrating active listening skills. - You enjoy working as part of a team and are able to make suggestions. - You also have a valid driving license.
