Reporting directly to the Sector Manager and working directly with the support services at 3M head office, this engineer oversees road and public space development operations, as well as the management of public property within the Sector's territory. He/she is also in charge of supervisory functions, and as such participates in the human and relational management of the Pole with local contacts.

Vos principales missions

Pilotage of road and public space development operations within the division's territory;
Management of the public domain within the division's territory;
Technical support for business units;
Management of 3 local technical referents and a works engineer within the Littoral division, which includes 55 agents.

OCCASIONAL ACTIVITIES:

Assume the Pôle Manager's interim role during his or her absences.

In the event of a natural disaster or major incident, this executive may be called upon to intervene to implement safety measures for public spaces, and is required to be on call to make decisions.

- You are recognized for your mastery of techniques for operating and maintaining public spaces, and your expertise in the field of roads and other networks. - You have a keen interest in how local authorities operate, and are an expert in project management techniques, with a good grasp of anticipation and the ability to innovate as part of a team. - You have excellent interpersonal and management skills.
