Are you interested in a position at the Metropole's swimming pools?
We're recruiting in a number of areas:
- Maître-nageur sauveteur (MNS) : you hold a BPJEPS, BEESAN, or a licence STAPS option MNS, and have a strong sense of responsibility, public service, and teamwork. You will need to be punctual, and your qualifications must be up to date.
- Assistant lifeguard (BNSSA) : as an assistant to the lifeguards, you will be integrated into the team in place and participate in the safety arrangements (POSS). Your qualifications must be up to date for the current year.
- Mediator: you have a flair for contact and dealing with users, and are able to manage conflict situations in a caring and respectful manner.
- Multi-purpose agent: you will be responsible for welcoming, informing users, managing admissions and maintaining the premises.

Missions
Positions within the Metropole's swimming pools include various essential missions:
- Safety : you'll apply the Surveillance and Rescue Organization Plan (POSS), ensure compliance with the internal regulations, and intervene in accident prevention.
- Animations: as an MNS, you'll provide swimming lessons for children and adults, lead aquagym and aquabike sessions, and take part in programs such as water gardens.
- Working time: working time is 151h30 monthly, including some weekend and holiday rotations at the Olympic pool.
