Register of vulnerable persons
For whom?
- Homebound residents aged 65 and over
- Homebound residents aged 60 and over who are recognized as unfit for work
- Homebound disabled adults
Who can apply?
- The data subject himself or herself or his or her legal representative either in writing or using a form made available either by telephone call or e-mail
- A third party (natural or legal person) whose request must be made in writing either by letter or e-mail. The third party must be identifiable.
To whom is the file communicated?
The register is to be communicated to the Prefect at his request, and the Mayor may under no circumstances communicate it to any other natural or legal person.
It is up to the Prefect, and him alone, to communicate all or part of the data in the register to other recipients.
In this context, the Mayor acts only on instructions from the Prefect.
Registration on the vulnerable persons register concerns people who have requested their census as part of the departmental alert and emergency plan in the event of exceptional risks.
Each person for whom registration is requested will receive written confirmation of their registration.
