Risk of attack

An attack aims to harm the property or life of others. It is generally referred to as an attack in a political or even terrorist context.

The Vigipirate plan, which reports to the Prime Minister, is a central tool in France's counter-terrorism system. When activated, it involves all national players: the State, local authorities, public and private operators and citizens, in an approach of vigilance, prevention and protection.

It provides for measures to ensure security in transport and other common places, but also schools and universities.
