Festival Dernier Cri

House, techno, electronica, disco, drum and bass... This is the style of electronic music on offer at Festival Dernier Cri, held every year during the first week of November. An event that showcases the local and regional music scenes, bringing together many of the region's cultural players: collectives, independent labels, emerging and established artists, concert halls, clubs, bars, cinemas...

During this week-long festival, various parties are organized in Montpellier, programming regional djs as opening acts, followed by artists recognized on the international electronic scene. Le Rockstore, le Mo.Co Panacée, les Halles du Lez, le Cinéma Diagonal, l'Antirouille, le Dieze Warehouse... Numerous venues, located in all four corners of Montpellier, host the Dernier Cri Festival.

Alongside the Technopol association, Dernier Cri deploys a scheme designed to help electronic music artists become more professional. To this end, meetings are organized between young artists and industry professionals (managers, agents, publishers, communication officers, DJs, producers, etc.).
