The Digital and Data Center (Pôle Numérique et Données - PND), with a staff of around one hundred, brings together the digital professions for the City and Metropolis. It provides day-to-day support for 8,000 users, oversees 400 business applications and 600 virtual servers, and has an investment budget of over 10 million euros. As part of the Digital Infrastructures department, which employs 30 people, you will report to the systems and connected city platform unit. Working closely with the other components of the Infrastructures department, your main mission will be to define, implement and ensure the smooth running of the information system's servers.

Vos principales missions

The candidate is a qualified technician in the field of information systems: within a team of 16 people, he/she manages tickets addressed by level 1. He/she processes these requests and incidents using available procedures.
He takes part in documenting incidents and directs tickets to system administrators. Receives hardware and takes part in the installation of local authority servers. It implements the retirement of obsolete equipment.
Finally, he/she supervises systems, noting alerts, drafts or escalations. He/she participates in the implementation and backup of data and VMs in the information system.

  • You handle and resolve level 2 requests and incidents.
  • You ensure the escalation/investigation of elements enabling resolution
  • You actively participate in securing the information system
  • You ensure the supervision of system alerts escalated by the Zabbix software
  • You supervise the proper execution of backups
